出口买方信贷的利率本着优惠的原则,参考经济合作发展组织每月公布一次的商业参考利率(CIRR)来确定。中国银行通常采用贷款协议签署当月的商业参考利率。该利率为固定利率。 在某些情况下,中国银行也采用浮动利率

3)期限

中国银行出口买方信贷办法规定,贷款期限的上限是自贷款协议签订之日起至还清贷款本息之日止,一般不超过十年。

4)费用

中国银行出口买方信贷项下的费用主要有两项:

A、承担费:该费用自贷款协议签署之日至贷款全部支完为止,按贷款未支用余额计收,每半年支付一次。

B、管理费:该费用按贷款金额一次性收取,一般在贷款协议签署之后三十天之内支付。

C、根据商务合同和贷款条件的不同,贷款人有时也要求借款人或出口方支付出口信贷项下的律师费和差旅费

 2-2-1 概念:conception

远期信用证为即期信用证的对称。开证行或付款行收到出口方银行寄来单据时,虽经审单相符,但不立即付款,而是等到远期付款汇票到期日才履行付款承诺的信用证。它是以即期交单、远期付款的交易合同为基础的信用证,其特点是审单相符、到期付款。在国际贸易实际运用中,远期信用证又大体分为以下几种类型:(1)银行承兑远期信用证。以开证银行为远期汇票的付款人,一经审单相符承兑远期汇票之后,即对出票人、背书人、持票人承担到期付款的责任;(2)商号承兑信用证。以开证申请人(进口商)为远期汇票的付款人。开证行收到跟单汇票审单后送请进口商经审单相符予以承兑,承兑后的跟单汇票仍留存于开证行,俟承兑到期日进口商再付款赎单;(3)延期付款信用证。开证行在开证条款中规定提单日后若干天付款,或开证行见单后若干天付款,一般不要求受益人(出口商)开立汇票,即使提交汇票,开证行也不予承兑,因而不易贴现,所以延期付款信用证又称无承兑信用证。
